Many of those I talk to are stressed and some hyperventilate. They are so full of stress and fear. Others are so depressed that they sink down in apathy and depression. LIGHT IN THE DARK!

Here in Scandinavia we are in a season of darkness right now. In the far north there is no light at all and further south the days are very short. The few days with sunshine make everything seem brighter and lighter. It is like an injection of vitamins. I do not like to admit that the darkness affects me, but it does. DO NOT WORRY. 1.Peter 5:7 says: “ Cast all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. “ We read in the previous verse that we should humble ourselves under the mighty hand of God in order for Him to exalt us in due time. ENVY We can start with Exodus the 20th chapter. In the 17th verse God said to Moses: “You shall not covet your neighbor’s house; you shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor’s.
